Dear Tom and Mike,

Of all the decisions I have made as a homeowner one of the smartest was choosing Precision Fence. I was completely satisfied when the fence was first installed. Unfortunately, part of the fence was dislodged after Hurricane Sandy. You came and fixed the fence at a very reasonable cost. It was back to its original beauty!

Then several weeks ago, three of the slats of the fence had been vandalized. I spoke with you on Monday ad when I came home from work it was repaired that very day. There was a small piece that was missing but it certainly did not affect the privacy and safety that had a piece out of it. This was done with no cost to me.

I cannot thank you enough. I have recommended you to several people and they too, have been delighted with your work. I will continue to recommend you. It is not easy to find a company that stands behind their work and have such kind people.

Mike, Tom and the team did a marvelous job. Upon coming home from every day grind, can't help myself but admire the work that these guys did. There's no doubt in my mind when i elected to chose the top-of-the-line product and premier installer. Precision Fence Company did a complete backyard remodel for me last year. They helped me plan and design my new backyard paradise. We started off by building a brand new deck off the back of my house with the finest TimberTech products including a railing and deck lighting. Precision Fence team then worked on putting an Aluminum fence to enclose my pool which was a necessity with my children running around. Further in the back of my yard they built a custom pergola and to complete the backyard project a custom cedar wood fence! I could have not asked for a more professional and clean team to work on a project of this size than the guys at Precision Fence Company. I will recommend them till the end of time. Job well done :)

It's been a few months since our May 2006 fence installation, but I wanted to take a few minutes even at this late date to write and tell you how please Janice and I am with our overall experience with Precision Fence.

We wanted to express our complete satisfaction with the installation of our PVC fencing on April 21, 2008. Choosing a company to do the installation takes time. Foremost in our decision making process is the reputation that a company has had over the years. We checked with Suffolk County Department of Consumer Affairs and your record was unblemished. In addition, we called the Better Business Bureau, no problems. They commented that your company submits any disputes to mediation, which they indicated was a positive in their view. We had two other estimates and yours was competitive along with the bonus of having twelve months interest free financing. So the decision was an easy one. Our next concern was the quality of the workmanship and we were not disappointed in any way.

That is the main reason why I am writing. You promised a start and finish time and they were on time. The job had some possible problems, which Tom discussed with us and we relied upon his expertise with very positive results. You worked so well together, completing the job as promised in one day. You left our property clean that at times can be a problem with less conscientious workers. You have an exceptional crew who upholds your reputation as wanting to please the customer and provide a quality product.

The result was beyond our expectations. We would like to thank you for your courtesies and professionalism.

Jan the salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me differences in fencing and showed me samples. I had questions during the process of getting estimates from other companies, and Jan always returned the call promptly and answered my questions. The installers did a great job, Tom and his crew worked hard-I never saw them stop working. They worked until it was almost dark and returned the next morning to complete, there was no left over debris from either the tear down or installation. Jan called several days later to speak to me about the fence - I told her that I was VERY SATISFIED and HAPPY. That follow up phone call shows how the company cares about their clients and the product and quality of the fencing and work performed. The fence looks great, I recommend highly the Precision Fence Company.

Very satisfied! Can't say enough about our satisfaction with the experience from start to finish.

Mike was fantastic in the office and at the time of on-site estimate helping us with ideas, and even a custom piece of fence they had never made before. Tom the crew foreman was highly competent, easy to work with, and extremely interested in making sure each part of the job was checked out by me before they started it.

Tom, with his team of two installers were true professionals, polite, and the hardest working men I've ever seen on a job. They arrived at 9:30 AM and left about 8:30 PM ... hardly took a break in all that time. And it was hot! At the end they cleaned up everything ... you would never know our driveway had been a construction site for the day.

To top it off, the price was very reasonable ... not cheap, but not excessive. We paid for quality and received it in materials, labor, and installation precision. I don't believe in shopping by the price alone. The cheapest job can be the most expensive if it doesn't perform well.

Mike is now working with us to custom craft PVC porch columns to replace the wooden ones we have that are rotting. They are a special style unavailable in PVC, and he is figuring a custom way to recreate them in PVC, as well as install a PVC handrail.

In a recession, when money is tight and house values are falling, it is a BIG decision to engage in home improvement. There just isn't room for error ... a wrong decision, a bad job, can make a big hole in your bank account! We found Precision Fence and it paid off. We got a great buying experience and a beautiful, solidly installed fence that has greatly enhanced the curb appeal of our property.

We're very happy and recommend Precision Fence with the highest confidence!
